I feel honored to be a part of a client's journey towards healing and recovery. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and nurturing environment while working with clients. I work collaboratively with clients in order to help them identify stressors affecting their functioning while facilitating identification/utilization of strengths and supports influential for recovery. I work with clients to help them gain self-acceptance on things out of their control while building resiliency, confidence and self-esteem.
