Operational since 1989, Family Focus is an organization that offers opportunities for constructive growth and development to empower and promote safe, loving and nurturing homes for children. The organization works in partnership with families. It also provides access to classes in transparenting. Family Focus administers the Healthy Families of Jasper and Newton Counties program, which assists and supports families with newborn children. The program manages a baby boutique that provides access to a variety of materials, such as children s books, diapers, toys, clothes, bottles and DVDs. The organization s Families Beyond Conflict program serves parents who have communication difficulty after a divorce.
