Went in for a haircut without checking in and was told they didn't have time today which was fine but then took the lady behind me for haircut. Kinda disappointed in the whole experience today.

Website says Walk-ins welcome. Not true. I had some time to get a haircut visiting from California. Door was locked. Woman who answered to door said "we're appt only" with a snobby tone....
