Waste of time and money. You can "tell" them what you want and they'll still do what they want. Ex: asked thread and they still did wax. Asked hair to be a certain way but I guess they had other...

Would NOT recommend!! Rude customer service. The employees will go attend their phones, talk to other employees, etc in the middle of your service with no care. So of course they're not gonna even...

I recomend this place all day every day. Shazie is great and gentle. She listens intently and explains everything she does as she goes. I go there for my monthly facials and to get my brows done....
