History

With an extensive background in training horses and teaching riding lessons Lisa opened Strickland Stables in 1987. One of the premier Saddleseat stables nationally, we have started riders and horses that have gone on to national acclaim. Whether you are interested in learning how to ride for exercise and enjoyment or have aspirations to compete on a national level we welcome all!

Specialties

We offer a clean, comfortable environment to learn how to ride and care for horses. Our instructors are exceptionally well qualified and patient, with an eye toward fun and safety. Offering one on one attention to enhance your riding experience. We also offer training for horses that has resulted in many World and National Champions. Our first rate facility also offers Board and Pasture Boarding.
