Stay away from Stewart Title on 10 S Riverside Ste 1450 Chicago. We had a closing and they tried to overcharge almost $30,000. I had to do my own calculations to do it right. They are not doing...

Their fees are very high. $750 closing fee in addition to other fees on a simple condo. Fees came to over 5% of the selling amount. Get a cost before you sign up with these people.
