For children under 4 years of age, a parent/caregiver will be required to provide the weight of the child at the time of scheduling and at the appointment.  We're vaccinating eligible Springfield Clinic patients needing their first or second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and for those who are eligible for a booster or third dose as defined by the CDC guidelines. After receiving a COVID-19 vaccination, patients must wait 15 minutes before they can leave. You must see a Springfield Clinic physician (primary or specialty care) to qualify. All eligible patients (including pediatric patients) can receive their vaccination at our Downtown Drive-Up Lab. You'll receive your CPR certification covering adult, child and infant CPR, choking and AED. The class fee is $20 which must be paid at the time of the class by cash or check. This class is open to parents and young babysitters.
