Traveling cross country so stopped for the 1st time at Steak n' Shake for lunch. We enjoyed a Frisco Melt, fries & a drink. The sandwich was delicious, toppings fresh, & not too much dressing....

Did COVID kill the crust !!! It's been over 2 years and haven't seen the signature crust on a hamburger. That crust holds the flavor for Steak-N-Shake burgers .

Kiosk ordering only for dine in and take out orders! And the machine would not accept cash. I do not like to be forced to use these Kiosk devices. What bull shit.
