Can't believe they had such low ratings!!! I can't think of there's anything not to love. You get the classic Steak 'n Shake food. Very hearty and filling. The value is very high for what you pay...

Went through the night of 2/12/20 had great service and warm food. I think the guy was working solo and he had a nice flow going. Will be back!

Not worthy of one star. How it passes for Steak and Shake name is a mystery. Needs major changes in management.
