Good burgers and good customer service. Every fast food burger I try always taste like a frozen patty and be too thick. Steak shake burgers were thin, moist, and easy to chew. The shakes was bomb....

Today 7/27/25 I ordered 3 shakes, large cheese fries and never again. Had me wait for the food 10 minutes to than get home to some old fries and old cheese with container not even filled half way....

The food was very hot and fresh! Burger was very tasty and the kids chicken strips were very good. Service was excellent and very quick. Ambience nice clean store.
