i went to stake & shake this evening. ordered vanilla shake got chocolate 3 double stake burgers with fries. the fries were so hard couldn't eat them and the burgers they were cold and sloppy...

Absolutely awful experience they now serve milkshakes in plastics va glass and they don't hand dip them they are same as awful McDonald's for twice the cost! They will fail!

This location I normally have a great experience. Today my boyfriend purchased his meal and I realized they didn't have what I had a taste for at the moment. Long story short i grab cheese sticks...

Waited 20 mins no one greeted us or took our order. Kitchen people stared at us while we waited. Same car at the drive through window for the entire 20 minutes.

I am a big fan of Steak n Shake. One of the best burgers around. They say they're serving until 2am. But, they were closed at 9:40 on Saturday night. Don't get your hopes up.
