Customer service was horrible. My drink was prepared and it spilled as I was trying to put my straw in. Sandwich was incorrect and one of the staff was rude to me when it had to be corrected....

I love this Starbucks so much! I can't believe it has so many negative reviews. As a UIC student, this location is so convenient for me and I stop by regularly. The employees are always super nice...

I don't know about this one. If you're in a hurry in any way don't even think about ordering from this one. It's not the employees either - it's the establishment. The staff are doing their best...

The baristas DO NOT GET TIPS unless you slide cash across the counter to them. Tips added on the app or at the credit card machine go to corporate.
