I love the fact that this place is half a block from our place but they definitely need more people staffed. The dude of the place is huge and you would think they would staff enough people...

Staff is always kind and engaging. It's nice to see a Starbucks with people who make you feel like they have time for you.

Vast selection of Chicago mugs and tumblers. The barista at the counter was friendly and efficient! He even took the time to look for a specific gift card for me. Awesome!

Nice and quick shop. The employees seemed too busy to really help correct my drink after the barista made it incorrectly.
