Starbucks has lost its way.....how to make a decent basic cup of coffee. Mine was sledge this morning....... Counter person was polite but product was bad. Did not realize it until I was on the road.

sandwich not cooked called the store and the "shiftlead" got an attitude saying it was cooked when it was cold and raw.
