Con: they don't brew a dark roast (only pour over requests). Staff tried to sell me a medium roast when I asked for a dark roast. Pro: staff is friendly

I genuinely didn't know reading was so hard. Pretty much every time I go there my drink is made wrong is some shape or forum. I just genuinely don't understand and when you ask them to fix it...

The absolute worst. Whatever time they estimate on mobile order, double it, then still be prepared to stand around for 5-10 minutes while 10 hapless employees stand around seeming doing nothing....
