It's a Starbucks so you're going to get what you expect. It's in Union station so it's usually busy but the move pretty quickly. The station is clean so that's a plus.

The advertisement for the shop was that they were supposed to be open until 9pm. Obviously they were not. How are we supposed to travel and transfer trains when no one is open. So very annoying.
