Let me just say absolutely not. Me and my family had picked up and order and ordered drinks as well. First of all they canceled one of our drinks and we also got three of the summer berry boba's....

So much better than the HyVee location. Coffees taste great and barista always friendly.

The other review here clearly hasn't worked in customer service. Even if they made multiple mistakes making your drink you should be able to handle it like an adult. This Starbucks is fantastic....
