St John of-Cross Parish School

St. John of the Cross Parish School is located in Western Springs, Ill. It is approved from the Office of Catholic Education of the Archdiocese of Chicago and has full recognition by the Illinois State Board of Education. It offers academic and practical arts education for students in grades kindergarten through eight. Its academic coursework includes subjects, such as English, arts, business, computers, foreign language, mathematics, physical education, science and social studies. Its arts department offers classes in drama, music and painting. The school provides scholarships, meal services and has a guidance department and fully equipped library. It has a band and chorus and organizes debate and dance competitions.
