We’re St. Bess Jerk, and we’ve been a jerk chicken restaurant here in Burbank, IL, since 2020. We believe in serving 100% authentic Jamaican food and offering light and dark jerk chicken, curry chicken and goat, and seafood options like shrimp and catfish. Our business started from heritage, and we wanted to spread the joy and love of Jamaican cooking here in America. We’re looking forward to growing our business and partnering with Oak Lawn, Orland Park, Cicero, and the surrounding areas' consumers to continue to serve authentic Jamaican cuisine.
