I shocked and saddened that the Chicago archdiocese wants to shut this church down! There are not many beautiful Catholic Churches left in Chicago. I don't think it is just a money issue I think...

They still have Mass on Sundays and the living way of the Cross ends at this church every Good Friday and starts at 9 am at Providence of God Catholic Church about 2 miles down.
