Judgemental and very aggressive with employees. The communication with staff is not clear. Training is very difficult and discouraging.

Their buses are disgusting. The company doesn't sanitize the seats at all even though some of their clientele visibly don't bathe or have access to clean clothes. The seats, both hard and fabric...
