Sports Zone

History

Since 1988, the Sport Zone has evolved into Chicagoland's premiere indoor and outdoor recreational facility. The go-karts, miniature golf, and batting cages have been renovated several times to ensure both safety and state-of-the-art equipment and scenery. The outdoor park made drastic changes to its appearance in 2004 increasing the level of difficulty to the 18-hole miniature golf course, and adding elevation and a giant waterfall to the palm tree themed layout. In addition, the go-kart track was lengthened and the batting cages were updated. New field turf was also installed in the indoor Dome.

Specialties

The Sport Zone consists of Chicagoland's largest outdoor go-kart track, miniature golf course, and batting cage facility. People of all ages enjoy the 3 exciting attractions during the Spring, Summer and Fall months. During the Winter, the Sport Zone moves indoors to a 72,000 square foot Dome for soccer and golf driving range. Soccer teams and clubs from across the Chicago Suburbs travel to Dome for training and leagues because of the 2 large fields and the competition.
