Maybe they're short staffed? Got there early, waited til 12 minutes after open, door still locked, had to go to work. Please turn off the open sign and change the hours if you're not open.

We only see Ashley. She does a great job on my husband's hair and she's sweet as pie. Highly recommend her, she's the best and knows what she's doing.
