SPENGA Bloomingdale rocks! Great werkout, motivating instructors. The balance of cardio to strength and a great stretch in yoga is perfect. Can't beat it!

SPENGA Bloomingdale is located just off of Lake Street and Bloomingdale Road. Our studio is lively and inviting. Our staff is personable and knowledgeable. You will notice that the owner, Carrie, not only welcomes you behind the desk, but will grab the mic and lead you through a sweat filled session. The music is always pumping and you are sure to have a great workout and a fun time!

The staff at this studio is great! Energetic, knowledgeable & friendly. Studio is kept very clean & smells fresh. I consider this my happy place! Worth every penny!
