I started this adventure when my kids were babies and I wanted them to have cakes that were a little more special then the typical store bought cake. From there it just kept growing until I am where I am today doing anything from smaller smash cakes, cupcakes, sugar cookies, and on up to 5 tiered wedding cakes with hand made sugar flowers, edible lace, and anything you can dream up!

At Sophisticakes By Mary I specialize in wedding cakes but I also love to do cakes for any occasion. Any theme, any style! As moist and tasty as they are beautiful! Great care is taken to make every cake a sweet dream come true! I am a bake to order, by appointment bakery. That is why there are no hours listed;) Dont let that get in the way though!
