Like others have said before, it is impossible to contact them over the phone. Its also really hard to convince them to do repairs, often saying "the repairman doesn't see necessity in fixing it"....

SO Holdings, or SOT2 as the property managers, buys up condos and such and rents them. All they care about is your money. They do not make repairs, they "Forget" to follow up, they do not invest...

If I could give them 0 stars I would, worst management company in Chicagoland area. They never respond to calls and only through email, you need to email them at least 3 times to get a response....
