Great customer service. Friendly staff. The breads were delicious. But felt the food was just average, plus the beef had too much fat on it for my liking.

Recently stopped by Pampanga express for lunch. They serve authentic filipino food. I got fried fish with rice and lumpia. The fish was pretty tasty, had a nice seasoning, and lumpia was fresh....
