S.K.Y. is a contemporary American restaurant in Chicago redefined by Chef Stephen Gillanders, inspired by his diverse culinary experiences from around the globe. Originally located in the vibrant Pilsen neighborhood, S.K.Y. is set to transition to a new home in the historic Belden-Stratford building in Lincoln Park in early Summer 2025.
The restaurant, named after Chef Gillanders' wife Seon Kyung Yuk, was born from their love for Chicago, where they decided to plant their roots after discovering the city's culinary landscape.
