I've liked other sip and savor locations but here I ordered a Carmel latte and a toasted bagel with cream cheese for takeout and was given a black coffee and an untoasted bagel with butter.

Excellent coffee. Although I usually go to the Hyde Park location, every one is consistent. The German chocolate mocha is my favorite. I haven't had a drink like it anywhere.
