History

On October 15, 2013, Simple Balance Health Center opened its doors in the heart of Historic Downtown Elgin. Dr. Jaena Stanley-Gonzaga is the Founder and Owner of the now Simple Balance Health. The name of her practice is a reminder for all of us to come back to simplicity by taking care of ourselves first. The center of health and healing is you. This creates the balance into all aspects of our life. Many are experiencing a chronic illness or are having a hard time healing from an injury. There is a high chance that you know of someone or several people suffering with an illness that supposedly can only be managed and not healed. Simple Balance Health, located in St. Charles since June of 2019, prioritizes the care of those seeking guidance and support to overcome health challenges. Each person receives the compassionate attention and empowerment to rise from the ashes.
