Leta M. Vega, DNP, APN, CNM, began her nursing career at Methodist College of Nursing in Peoria and earned advanced degrees from the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Iowa. A board-certified nurse-midwife with over 30 years of experience, she specializes in gynecology and obstetrics. As faculty at UIC, she promotes women’s health through research, balanced nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle advocacy.

Dr. Randall C. Kahan is a board-certified OB/GYN and the founding partner of WomanCare PC, providing comprehensive women’s health services in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. He specializes in female pelvic floor disorders, including urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, and is known for his expertise in minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery. As President and CEO of WomanCare and Director of the Pelvic Floor & Bladder Program at NCH Women’s Center, Dr. Kahan brings decades of experience and compassionate care to each patient. Dr. Brittany Novak is a board-certified OB/GYN at WomanCare PC, passionate about providing inclusive, compassionate care to women across all life stages. A graduate of Harvard University and the University of Massachusetts Medical School, she completed her residency at UMass-Baystate and is a certified robotic surgeon. Her clinical interests include pediatric and adolescent gynecology, minimally invasive surgery, and caring for underserved communities. Dr. Novak is committed to empowering patients with knowledge and empathy. She is currently accepting new patients.
