Licensed clinical professional counselor, licensed marriage and family therapist, and expressive arts therapist with over 30 years of experience. I facilitate psychotherapy with individuals, couples and families overcoming challenges including depression, panic and anxiety-related disorders, marital and relationship conflicts, and issues related to grief and loss. My therapeutic style is uplifting and empowering, working in collaboration with each client in discovering their own strengths and innate wisdom towards achieving growth and desired changes. I consider it a great privilege to sit with clients in the sacred space of psychotherapy. I often receive referrals for those who may be seeking an alternative treatment for depression or anxiety other than prescription medication, or to complement their medication protocol with meditation tools that help mitigate side-effects. I integrate the teachings of yoga and meditation into effective treatment approaches with clients.
