The staff is very nice and helpful. We stopped in for fabric. Although my grandma found some for her project I think the selection is limited. I have no experience with machine sales or maintenance.

I stop by Sewing Concepts each time I need embroidery thread, I have not run into rude people at all... not sure if by the other reviews that the customer or employee was having a bad day, but...
