Segundo Ruiz Belvis Cultural Center (SRBCC) is the longest-standing Latin cultural center in Chicago, established in 1971 and named in honor of Puerto Rican patriot Segundo Ruiz Belvis. The center is dedicated to preserving and promoting the appreciation of Puerto Rican and Latin American arts and culture, with a particular focus on its African heritage.
