Our meal plans are freshly prepared, never frozen or freeze dried. We strictly avoid any harmful food ingredients such as hydrogenated fats, high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, artificial colors, MSG, harmful preservatives, among many other questionable ingredients. In fact, we have avoided these ingredients for 34 years! Every meal contains a nutrition fact panel and ingredient statement, so you know exactly what you're putting in your body.

Food easy to take and go. Pretty tasty too. Tried it after I had surgery and treat myself to an order once a month or so. Dieticians offer quick and helpful replies to questions.
