Ralph M. Schelly began the practice of law in 1956. For over 50 years, until his death in 2009, Mr. Schelly focused extensively on the representation and defense of immigrants to the United States of America. We are endeavoring to continue in this tradition, with an emphasis on legal issues of significance to the immigrant communities in the Midwest.
