Sazon Light

History

Sazon started as a Catering company in the Winter of 2009, after Chef Adduci had her first baby. She realized there were no meal plans good enough for her taste to help her lose weight after pregnancy, so she decided to put together a menu, sent a press release, and Sazon Light was born. Since then, she has cooked for hundreds of people in the Chicago area, from moms who wanted to loose weight, to busy business people who don't have time to cook, to just fans of her cooking. Over the years she expanded the menu to include larger portions/protein for men, snacks, and Gluten-Free options to satisfy her Client needs. Her meals have been featured in publications from The Huffington Post to Sophisticated Living, and all kind of gourmet blogs and magazines. Like its meals, Sazon is a healthy business that changes with its Clients, helps its community and causes close to Chef Adduci's heart.

Sazon Light is the meal plan you crave. We are not about counting calories, we are all about eating well, in healthy, but very tasty portions. Sure, we'll keep you under 1200 or 2000 calories a day, but we'll make you want to eat your lunch or dinner! We offer you 5 lunches and 5 dinners per week, prepared with the freshest ingredients, delivered twice a week, for a very affordable price.
