Yasmin Raza, MD is a cardiologist specializing in heart failure at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Her practice focuses include heart transplantation, pulmonary hypertension, cardiomyopathy and ventricular assist devices. She is board certified in cardiovascular disease and internal medicine.

Albert C. Lin, MD is a cardiac electrophysiologist with Northwestern Medicine Bluhm Cardiovascular Institute and director of cardiac electrophysiology at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital. Dr. Lin’s primary interests are the treatment of cardiac arrhythmias by catheter ablation and cardiac device implantation. He is board certified in cardiovascular disease and clinical cardiac electrophysiology. He is an associate professor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine.
