A wonderful place with wonderful people! Felt very mellow leaving and the salt rooms weren't only great for my sinuses and psoriasis, but for my anxiety too! I hear it's beneficial for joint pains...

I got sick with nasty sinus infection on Friday night went to Salt and Sol on Saturday and Sunday sat in their healing room, I feel so much better! Thank you Laura and Rosa this place is wonderful...
