Sal's Bistro is located right on "the strip" in Carbondale, near Southern Illinois University. While out and about running errands today, we decided to stop in and try it out after hearing good...

Fast and tasty. Lots of nice choices for a fresh lunch I'd give it 5 stars but they need to work some on seating

Fresh bread & vegetables. Generous portions . Got 12 inch make your own sandwich- this will be 3 to 4 meals for me.
