I never lived in any of their properties, but this is my story: I applied for their N. Sheridan studio (Chicago, IL) in April 2017. I paid the $50 fee and I was approved. It was less than 2 days...

Terrible management company. Doesn't respond to phone calls at all. Heat included in unit but doesn't work. Called 311 several occasions in below zero weather. Never rent from them!!
