They were rude to me on several occasions. When I attempted to ask for help in controlling my insurance costs, they bullied me into not dropping coverage. In short, they are not nice to deal with.

They only care about your money and keeping you at high costs. When you ask to lower it, they make a big deal like it is a big effort. When you are in a car accident, they never bother to check in...
