So little stock, poor quality, skeleton staff - always a wait for cashier and they don't call for more cashiers when line grows - maybe they don't have enough staff

They closed the fitting room 2 hours before the store closes. And wouldn't let my daughter back in the fitting room to try on the rest of the clothes in the cart.

I was so excited to have a Ross in the Logan Square neighborhood, let alone in the city, that I've been stalking this place to see when they would be opening up. Finally I had some me time today...
