I've been to Ross a few times and it's actually a very decent store. Average stuff. They sell stuff such as clothes, shoes and other miscellaneous stuff at a cheaper price than other places but...

Long slow moving lines, very slow workers and unhelpful manager. I spent about $170 and they forgot the security tag on one item and wouldn't remove it since I lost the receipt.
