Rose Austra was born after Rose and Whitney, longtime business partners and friends, parted ways. Whitney and Rose started Rowi Beauty in 2015 and built it with love. Whiney moved with her her husband to start their new life in Florida. Rose will continue to provide the best services to anyone who walks through the doors.
