I attended Lethal Lisa's Xtreme Hip Hop class. First half of class we did a mini boot camp style weight training session that were stations set--up with an activity to get your full body involved....

Great gym & great staff. Love this place and recommend it to everyone! It has a great atmosphere that is really chill. I prefer this over corporate gyms like LA or XSport any day

This place is perfect in size and crowd, especially now. Quick in and out and great training. Casual, low key atmosphere. Very welcoming but not pushy.
