My taxes are fairly simple but I do have to file in several states. Rissman bungled my taxes and never returned my calls to make the correction, now I have to fix it myself and pay multiple states...

Beyond awful. Won't return phone calls or emails. We don't even have our taxes filed for this year! We have zero idea what happened. Do not use this business.

I have been a customer there for perhaps 10 years. During that time, I have always "pre calculated" my taxes and estimated return. I have a business degree, so I am reasonably competent to do...

Had a difficult time finding a new accountant after my old one retired. Here I am now years later still with Greg... He is great!! Will not be going anywhere anytime soon!!
