Terrible. They leave their car on the 2300 block of Campbell for months you can improve by moving car

Terrible customer service. I was injured and no longer able to attend my lesson and Ride Chicago refused to refund me for a class I could no longer take. I have never seen a worse policy.

They cancelled my class 4 days before hand after id taken off work. So now i have no class and lose a lot of money from not working. Very frustrating.
