This bank has poor fraud protection. I would not recommend using them at all. My sons debit card and pin were stolen. Because the thief has the pin the bank denied any recourse. The bank I use...

Horrible customer service, in general. Some branch folks are ok. Deceptive practices, excessive fees, and inconsistent policies. I will be closing my accounts after years of frustration.
