I purchased a wrist watch here. The watch was usually slow and often stopped completely. The watch was of limited use. Then the wrist band fell apart. So I believe that 1 star is a proper rating.

i go to their other location to i like the prices and that they can fix my cheaper watches and more expensive ones (movado, omega, etc)

This guy is GREAT. My son needed two bracelets sized. Went to Candlelight Jewelers first $40 EACH....GULP. Then drove straight here. $15 EACH Done is 1/2 hour perfectly. I've gotten batteries...
